Судово-медична експертиза, наприклад, відноситься до класу медичних біологічних експертиз і за частотою призначення у практиці доказування, слідства та судочинства займає перше місце серед всіх судових експертиз. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that improving the institution of medical examination in general and forensic examination in particular is an important component of judicial reform in Ukraine, because in the face of increased requirements for the judicial process of proof in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings objective evidence base.
