Предмет дослідження – операції технологічного процесу механічної об-робки деталі «Вал 20.04.000.01». Виконано аналіз службового призначення машини, вузла, деталі, технічних вимог. Визначено тип виробництва та спосіб отримання заготовки вала, розроблені технічні вимоги до неї. Виконано аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі та розрахунок припусків на механічну обробку заготовки аналітичним методом. Виконано аналіз операцій: токарної з ЧПК та кругло-шліфувальної. Обґрунтовано вибір схем базування заготовки, обладнання, верстатного пристосування, ріжучого та вимірювального інструменту. Визначено режими обробки. Виконано технічне нормування операцій. Розроблено верстатне пристосування на фрезерно-шпонкову операцію. Розглянуто параметри, які характеризують вібрації, її дію на організм людини, нормування та методи захисту. Розроблено комплект технологічної документації на картах КТП. Розроблено креслення заготовки та маршрутного технологічного процесу. Note: 63 pp., 12 figs., 14 tables., 19 literary sources. The purpose of the work - designing the technological process of manufacturing parts "Shaft 20.04.000.01". The object of research is the technological process of machining of the part "Shaft 20.04.000.01". The subject of research - operations of technological process of mechanical processing of a detail "Shaft 20.04.000.01". The analysis of service purpose of the car, knot, details, technical requirements is executed. The type of production and the method of obtaining the shaft blank are determined, the technical requirements for it are developed. The analysis of manufacturability of a design of a detail and calculation of allowances for machining of preparation by an analytical method is executed. The analysis of operations is performed: turning with CNC and circular grinding. The choice of schemes of base of preparation, equipment, machine tool, cutting and measuring tool is substantiated. Processing modes are defined. Technical rationing of operations is performed. A machine device for milling and key operation has been developed. The parameters that characterize vibration, its effect on the human body, rationing and methods of protection are considered. A set of technological documentation on KTP maps has been developed.
