В кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра проаналізовано службове призначення виробу і деталі, технічні вимоги та якісні показники технологічності конструкції деталі. Обгрунтувано вибір способу отримання вихідної заготовки (штампування на КГШП). Для операцій 050 и 035 (токарни з ЧПК) проведено аналіз та обгрунтування схеми базування оброблюваної заготовки; обгрунтовано вибір металорізального обладнання, пристроїв, різального та вимірювального інструментів; також проведено розрахунок режимів різання і нормування двох операцій. Оформлено карти технологічного процесу обробки деталі «Кришка». Bachelor's qualification work: 100 pages, 25 figures, 12 tables, 24 sources. The purpose of the work is to design the technological process of manufacturing the Cover 102.96.008. The subject of development is a part "Cover", which is a part of the centrifuge "OGSh-502K-12". The qualification work of the bachelor analyzes the service purpose of the product and parts, technical requirements and quality indicators of the manufacturability of the design of the part. The choice of the method of obtaining the original workpiece (stamping on KSHP) is substantiated. For operations 050 and 035 (CNC lathes) the analysis and substantiation of the scheme of basing of the processed preparation is carried out; the choice of metal-cutting equipment, devices, cutting and measuring tools is substantiated; also the calculation of modes of cutting and rationing of two operations is carried out.
