Виконано аналіз службового призначення машини, вузла, деталі, технічних вимог. Визначено тип виробництва та спосіб отримання заготовки, розроблені технічні вимоги до неї. Виконано аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі та розрахунок припусків на механічну обробку заготовки табличним методом. Виконано аналіз операції: багатоцільової з ЧПК. Обґрунтовано вибір схем базування заготовки, обладнання, верстатного пристосування, ріжучого та вимірювального інструменту. Визначено режими обробки. Виконано технічне нормування операції. Розроблено верстатне пристосування на свердлильну операцію. Розглянуто надання першої допомги людині ураженої електричним струмом. Розроблено комплект технологічної документації на картах КТП. Розроблено креслення заготовки та маршрутного технологічного процесу. The purpose of work - designing of technological process of manufacturing of a detail "Branch pipe VKM.D-100-080-S-R-001". The analysis of service purpose of the car, knot, details, technical requirements is executed. The type of production and the method of obtaining the workpiece are determined, the technical requirements for it are developed. The analysis of manufacturability of a design of a detail and calculation of allowances for machining of preparation by a tabular method is executed. The analysis of the operation: multi-purpose with CNC. The choice of schemes for basing the workpiece, equipment, machine tool, cutting and measuring tools is substantiated. Processing modes are defined. The technical rationing of the operation has been performed. A machine tool for drilling operation has been developed. The provision of first aid to a person affected by an electric shock is considered. A set of technological documentation on KTP maps has been developed.
