Аналіз наукових публікацій в сфері кібербезпеки дозволяє виділити організаційний та технологічний аспекти забезпечення кібербезпеки банку. Згідно з Законами України «Про Національний банк України» та «Про основні засади забезпечення кібербезпеки України», а також Стратегією кібербезпеки України на НБУ покладено завдання із встановлення правил захисту інформації, визначення порядку, вимог і заходів із забезпечення кіберзахисту та інформаційної безпеки в банківській системі України та здійснення контролю за їх виконанням. In a joint study of global trends in the development of the banking sector, conducted in 2019 by the Institute of International Finance and the audit company Ernst & Young, persons responsible for risk management of banks consider cyber security a top priority. The analysis of scientific publications in the field of cyber security allows us to highlight the organizational and technological aspects of ensuring the bank's cyber security. According to the Laws of Ukraine "On the National Bank of Ukraine" and "On the Basic Principles ensuring cyber security of Ukraine", as well as the Cyber ​​Security Strategy of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine is assigned the task of establishing information protection rules, determining the procedure, requirements and measures for ensuring cyber protection and information security in the banking system of Ukraine and monitoring their implementation. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
