Споживання ВВП здійснюється за допомогою надання органами державної влади та органами місцевого самоврядування адміністративних, управлінських, соціально-культурних та інших послуг, пов’язаних із задоволенням суспільних інтересів. При цьому, слід відзначити, що якість виконання соціально-економічних функцій покладених на державу, інтереси якої представлені через діяльність бюджетних установ, напряму корелює із дієвістю побудови фінансових відносин на рівні установ бюджетної сфери. At the current stage of the socio-economic development of Ukraine, budgetary institutions play an important role in ensuring the effective functioning of the country's financial system as subjects of the public sector of the economy. Consumption of GDP is carried out through the provision of administrative, management, socio-cultural and other services related to the satisfaction of public interests by state authorities and local self-government bodies.
