Досліджуючи сучасний стан вітчизняного фінансового ринку, експерти відзначають, що однією з причин нерозвиненості обігу похідних цінних паперів в Україні є відсутність повноцінного закону та невизначеність і суперечливість чинного законодавства, яке регулює обіг похідних цінних паперів. The appropriateness of using derivative financial instruments in Ukraine is due to two important factors: firstly, they are profitable investment instruments, and secondly, they allow market participants to choose the degree of protection against financial risks they need. Examining the current state of the domestic financial market, experts note that one of the reasons for the underdeveloped circulation of derivative securities in Ukraine is the lack of a full-fledged law and the uncertainty and inconsistency of current legislation governing the circulation of derivatives. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
