In modern conditions, special attention is paid to ensuring the stability and development of the country in all its aspects. Analyzing the consequences of world crises caused by economic, political, geopolitical and other factors, we see that most advanced countries were unable to foresee and propose certain measures to prevent the emergence of large-scale economic and social threats.
