Програми регіонального розвитку є однією з форм державного регулювання соціально-економічного стану території та встановлення пріоритетності виконання завдань і функцій органів місцевого самоуправління. В той же час недосконалість основ організації та механізмів виконання регіональних цільових програм, спрямованих на подолання нагальних проблем регіонального розвитку, може призвести до неефективного розподілу та нецільового використання бюджетних ресурсів. In modern conditions, a significant lever of influence on the implementation of regional policy is the formation and implementation of regional target development programs. Regional development programs are one of the forms of state regulation of the socio-economic state of the territory and establishing the priority of tasks and functions of local self-government bodies.
