Проведено аналіз результатів фінансової децентралізації в Україні. Представлено механізм управління фінансовим потенціалом територіальних громад, який базується на меті, цільових орієнтирах та напрямах управління. Досліджено основні тенденції розвитку територіальних громад в Україні. Розроблено пропозиції щодо активізації формування й реалізації фінансового потенціалу територіальних громад на сучасному етапі розвитку. The article analyses various approaches to the definition of the "financial potential of territorial communities." The results of financial decentralization in Ukraine have been analyzed. A mechanism for managing the financial potential of territorial communities is presented, based on the goal, targets and directions of management. The main trends in the development of territorial communities in Ukraine were studied.
