Проаналізовано основний понятійно-категорійний апарат у сфері захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в електронній комерції та на основі цього аналізу розмежовано поняття «фальсифікат», «контрафакт», «піратська продукція», «неоригінальна продукція», «підробка». Зроблено висновок про те, що поняття «контрафактна продукція» ширше, ніж поняття «фальсифікат», оскільки на практиці фальсифіковану продукцію можна розглядати як вид контрафактної. The article is devoted to the protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce. The main conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of protection of intellectual property rights in e-commerce is analyzed and on the basis of this analysis the concept is distinguished "Counterfeit", "counterfeit", "pirated products", "non-original products", "counterfeit".
