Запропоновано структуру управлінської звітності підприємства. Досліджено процес впровадження управлінської звітності на підприємстві та доведено необхідність визначення джерел даних для отримання кожного звітного показника. Для забезпечення керівництва інформацією про рівень фактичних витрат, та визначення суми покриття за окремими бізнес-процесам запропоновано готувати звіт, який відображає внесок кожного центру відповідальності у формування фінансового результату діяльності підприємства. Рекомендовано впровадження в практику роботи підприємств системи бюджетування. Визначено основні проблеми в підготовці управлінської звітності та її користувачів. The problem of operative provision of management personnel with reliable information is described. The structure of management reporting of the enterprise is offered. The process of introduction of management reporting at the enterprise is investigated and the necessity of definition of data sources for reception of each reporting indicator is proved. To provide management with information on the level of actual costs, and determine the amount of coverage for individual business processes, it is proposed to prepare a report that reflects the contribution of each center of responsibility in shaping the financial results of the enterprise. It is recommended to implement the budgeting system in the practice of enterprises.
