Зроблено висновок, що досвід митних органів Республіки Польща у сфері здійснення оперативно-розшукової діяльності наштовхує на думку про доцільність повернення вітчизняним митним органам досліджуваних повноважень. The law status and power of Customs Authorities of the Republic of Poland is considered. An activity of especial departments of Customs Service of the Republic of Poland that are authorized to implement operational-search activity is analyzed. There is concluded, that the experience of Customs Authorities of the Republic of Poland in the field of implementing of operational-search activity pay an attention on the necessity to return to the national Customs Authorities of the investigated powers. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
