The analysis of the economic part (trade, economic and sectoral provisions) of the association agreement between Ukraine and the EU on the implementation of intellectual property rights protection in modern legislation of Ukraine is carried out. The article analyzes the action plan for the implementation of the association agreement, in order to bring the customs legislation of Ukraine in the field of intellectual property protection closer to EU standards and practices, increase the level of prevention and counteraction to the movement of goods that violate intellectual property rights across the customs border of Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
