У роботі окреме місце посідає порівняльно-правовий аналіз спільних та відмінних рис зразкових та типових справ в адміністративному судочинстві. Розглянуто проблеми співвідношення зразкових та типових справ в адміністративному судочинстві та наведено шляхи їх вирішення. Визначено ключові тенденції удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання зразкових та типових справ в адміністративному судочинстві, зокрема з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду. The monograph examines the key aspects of the theory and practice of exemplary and model cases as a new mechanism in administrative proceedings. The author clarifies the genesis of cases in administrative proceedings on the territory of Ukrainian lands which were under the jurisdiction of other states and in the conditions of Ukraine's independence. The author also examines the content of the types of exemplary and typical cases in administrative proceedings. A special place in the work is given to the comparative legal analysis of common and distinctive features of exemplary and model cases in administrative proceedings. The author considers the problems of correlation between exemplary and typical cases in administrative proceedings and provides the ways of their solution.
