The aim of the study is to design a programming language for modeling cell fusion experiments. The first section provides basic theoretical information on the grammar of the language and a description of its implementation in the Kujira language, as well as the main functional requirements for the programming language. The second and third sections describe the programming language, methods of its operation, as well as architectural and algorithmic details of the complex. The fourth section describes the testing of the result of the work and describes the methods of testing the complex in different conditions and environments, and the fifth section describes the method of its deployment.
