The aim of the diploma project is to develop a technology for the production of the biological product Gaupsin, which includes strains of Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. aureofaciens UKM B-111 and UKM B-306 and design of the biosynthesis stage. Based on the results of the diploma project, the following conclusions were made: 1. The advantage of this technology is to obtain the target product from relatively inexpensive raw materials, the use of modern equipment and almost complete automation of the technological process. 2. The proposed composition of the industrial nutrient medium provides more intensive accumulation of biomass by producers. 3. The technological, hardware scheme and drawings of the device are developed.
