Така команда забезпечить ефективну міждисциплінарну взаємодію працівників під час розроблення інноваційної продукції та таким чином сприяє підвищенню інноваційної активності підприємства та ефективності його функціонування в цілому. Практичне застосування. Результати роботи можуть бути використані підприємствами, зокрема ПрАТ «Вентиляційні системи», для підвищення інноваційної активності, що дозволить покращити імідж та позиції на ринку, а також застосувати інноваційні методи управління не лише в одному відділі, а й в подальшому трансформувати все підприємство в Agile-організацію. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation of innovative activity of the enterprise and to develop recommendations for its improvement. The object of research is the innovative activity of the enterprise. The subject of research is theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of formation of innovative activity of the domestic enterprise of machine-building complex. In the course of the work a number of research methods were used, which, in particular, include the method of analysis and synthesis, comparison, financial and economic analysis, graphical, expert evaluation. Statistical data and internal documentation of the enterprise were used to obtain analytical information. Results of work. Based on the results of the study, a project to create an Agile team at the company was developed. Such a team will ensure effective interdisciplinary interaction of employees during the development of innovative products and thus helps to increase the innovative activity of the enterprise and the efficiency of its operation as a whole. Practical implementation.
