Для оброблення вказаного профілю можна використати кінцеві, фасонні та збірні фрези. Збірні фрези дають можливість оброблювати поверхні з нерівномірною поверхнею. Вони досить уніфіковані для підприємства. Збірні фрези складаються з конструкційних сталей – саме тіло фрези, різців з твердого сплаву чи швидкорізальних сталей. Кріплення буває механічне – гвинтами і установчими пазами які створюють жорсткість конструкції і краще базування або напаяне з тими ж пазами. Для виконання завдання потрібно вирішити такі завдання: 1. Провести аналіз матеріалу полівінілхлориду. 2. Аналіз профілю оброблюваної поверхні. 3. Синтез конструкції інструменту яким можна обробити задану поверхню 4. Аналіз конструкції інструменту та виконати проектування збірної фрези для оброблення зварних швів на полівінілхлоридних профілях. 5. Спроектувати технологічний процес виготовлення корпусу фрези. 6. Розробити пристосування для фрезерної операції виготовлення корпусу фрези. The purpose of this diploma project was to develop a prefabricated cutter for processing the weld profile of polyvinyl chloride. Prefabricated cutters consist of structural steels - the body of the cutter, hard alloy cutters or high-speed steels. To perform the task you need to solve the following tasks: 1. Analyze the material of polyvinyl chloride. 2. Analysis of surface treatment. 3. The choice of tool design with which you can process a given surface 4. Analyze the design of the tool and perform the design of a prefabricated cutter for processing welds on PVC profiles. 5.
