Результати роботи та їхня новизна: сформульовано математична модель процесу культивування клітин в біореакторі, визначено коефіцієнти критеріальних рівнянь дослідного апарату, встановлено величини швидкостей і напружень виходячи з умов міцності та стійкості біореактора під час процесу культивування та стерилізації апарату. На основі проведених досліджень спроектовано біореактор для культивування клітинних культур з урахуванням їх фізіологічних особливостей. The work consists of a list of symbols, introduction, seven sections, conclusions, a list of references and conclusions. The full volume of the work is 70 pages, 10 figures, 4 tables and a list of links from 14 items (2 pages). The purpose of the project is a detailed study of the process of heat transfer and mass transfer in the bioreactor during the cultivation of cell cultures; creation of anew exclusive hardware design of the cell culture process. Research methods - research of heat exchange and mass transfer characteristics depending on the brought energy on hashing at dissolution of oxygen in culture liquid. The results and their novelty: a mathematical model of the process of culturing cells in a bioreactor is formulated, the coefficients of the criterion equation of the experimental apparatus are determined, the values of velocities and stresses based on the conditions of strength and stability in the bioreactor during cultivation and sterilization.
