The dictionary presents the concepts and terms unified in the Laws of Ukraine regulating relations in the information sphere; national and state standards of Ukraine; international standards adopted by the State Standard of Ukraine for library, information and publishing activities and related fields, as well as documents of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). The volume of the dictionary is more than 470 terms with definitions. The publication reflects the systematic organization of terminology used in the field of library and information affairs, in particular, in cataloging of documents.
