Позакласна діяльність: художньо-естетична, туристично-краєзнавча, еколого-натуралістична, оздоровча, фізкультурно-спортивна, патріотична та інші. The author analyzes the educational and extracurricular activities universities of the third age in the Ukraine and in the Republic of Poland. Universities of the third age have been operating in the Republic of Poland for a long time. In Ukraine, universities of the third age began to be actively created at the beginning of the XXI century. Each university have its own forms of such educational support, its own models of teaching the elderly. The main directions of educational activity: humanitarian, scientific and technical, research and experimental.
