The dissertation presents a new approach to solving an urgent scientific problem – improving the results of treatment of patients with gallstone disease (GD) combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and hernia of the esophageal orifice of the diaphragm (HEOD) using an advanced algorithm gallbladder and esophagogastric junction and original minimally invasive methods of surgical correction, which reduces the frequency of postoperative complications, recurrences, and improves treatment outcomes.
