Для перевірки роботи комп’ютерної програми вивчено контент двох регіональних одеських сайтів – "Думская" та "Одесская жизнь". Порівняння роботи програми та обробки текстів вручну показало незначний відсоток помилок (7,8 % та 11 % відповідно). За допомогою програми було окреслено провідні джерела інформації на сайтах "Думская" та "Одесская жизнь". Також було вивчено ситуації, в яких програма помилялася. Як правило, більшість із них виникала через недотримання журналістами професійних стандартів. Computer method of human news sources is proposed in the research, it’s implementation is described, efficiency is evaluated. A computer program (Python language) is created. For the program testing content of two regional sites is studied: "Dumskaya" and "Odessa Life". The program and manual processing results comparison shown an insignificant percent of mistakes (7,8% and 11% respectively). With the help of the program the leading news sources of "Dumskaya" and "Odessa Life" sites were defined. The cases of the program mistakes were studied as well.
