Здійснено систематизацію критеріїв оцінювання інституційної, операційної та фінансової незалежності органів фінансового нагляду, які відповідають міжнародним стандартам нагляду у банківському секторі, у сфері страхування та цінних паперів. Для кожного з критеріїв розроблено порядок визначення рейтингових оцінок. Запропоновано алгоритм обчислення дифузних індексів інституційної, операційної та фінансової незалежності органів фінансового нагляду. Здійснено апробацію науково-методичного щодо оцінювання незалежності органів фінансового нагляду в Україні. Визначено ключові напрями підвищення незалежності фінансового нагляду. The importance of independence of financial supervisory authorities as a factor of financial sector stability is devoted. The criteria for assessing the institutional, operational and financial independence of supervision bodies were systematized respectively the international supervisory standards in banking, insurance and securities. For each of the criteria, a ranking procedure has been developed. The algorithm for calculating diffusion indices of institutional, operational and financial independence of financial supervision authorities is proposed. A scientific approach to assessing the independence of financial supervision has been used for Ukraine.
