Об’єкт дослідження – економічна діяльність підприємства ресторанної індустрії Метод дослідження – аналіз, порівняння, прогнозування. У першому розділі роботи «Аналіз ресторанної індустрії в постковідний період» розглянуто стан ресторанної галузі в постковідний період, а також напрями трансформації ресторанного бізнесу. У другому розділі роботи досліджено плив зовнішніх заходів безпеки в період карантинів на ресторанний бізнес та здійснено аналіз кадрових проблемм та їх вирішення в ресторанній індустрії. У третьому розділі роботи розглянуто фомування бізнес-моделей ресторанної індустрії в умовах цифрової економіки, досліджено сучасні тренди соціально-економічного та технологічного розвитку з метою удосконалення та трансформації ресторанної індустрії. The purpose of this work is to investigate changes in the activities of restaurant enterprises as a result of quarantine limited and transformational changes. The object of research is the economic activity of the restaurant industry Research method - analysis, comparison, forecasting. The first section of the work "Analysis of the restaurant industry in the post-cooking period" considers the state of the restaurant industry in the post-cooking period, as well as areas of transformation of the restaurant business. The second section examines the flow of external security measures during the quarantine period for the restaurant business and analyzes the staffing problems and their solutions in the restaurant industry.
