The analysis of the current state of the transnational corporations’ development is carried out. Problems and prospects of attraction of foreign investments of TNCs in Ukraine are revealed. Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню транснаціональних корпорацій, їх ролі в сучасному розвитку міжнародних економічних відносин. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану розвитку транснаціональних корпорацій та виявлено проблеми і перспективи залучення іноземних інвестицій ТНК в Україну.
