Обгрунтовано необхідність створення веб-орієнтованої системи як способу автоматизації продажу облицювальної плитки. Визначено переваги та основні вимоги до створюваної системи. Проаналізовано бізнес-процеси підприємства. Створена веб-орієнтована інформаційна система, яка призначена для підвищення ефективності та скорочення часу повторюваних завдань за допомогою автоматизації організаційних процесів. The process of realization of facing tile at the enterprise is investigated in the work. The necessity of creating a web-oriented system as a way to automate the sale of facing tiles is proved. The advantages and basic requirements to the created system are defined. The business processes of the enterprise are analyzed.
