Досліджено процесу формування ефективної системи управління збутовою діяльністю та визначено основні напрямки ефективності просування та реалізації товару на ринку. Проведено організаційно – управлінську характеристику підприємства Слобожанська філія ТОВ «Горобина» та розроблено процес управління збутовою діяльністю для даного підприємства, яке функціонує у сфері харчових технологій на основі застосування системи контролінгу. Розроблено та запропоновано систему стимулювання збуту продукції для ТОВ «Горобина» на основі підвищення конкурентоспроможності продукції ТОВ «Горобина». The study of the theoretical foundations of the organization of the sales management system at the enterprise, a review of the main functions of the sales management system. The process of formation of an effective sales management system is studied and the main directions of efficiency of promotion and sale of goods on the market are determined. The organizational and managerial characteristics of the enterprise Slobozhanska branch of LLC «Gorobina» are carried out and the process of management of sales activity for the given enterprise which functions in the field of food technologies on the basis of application of controlling system is developed.
