З допомогою комплексного аналізу інформаційних систем СумДУ, з’ясовано недоліки та прогалини у інформаційних системах та платформах вишу, отримано фідбеки від студентів щодо мінусів сайту університету та кафедр, а також навчальних порталів та інших корпоративних сайтів. Досліджено і сучасний стан інформатизації вищих навчальних закладів взагалі. Розглянуто важливі аспекти діяльності Сумського державного університету, такі як публічність та розміщення інформації на сайті, а також надані рекомендації по покращенню роботи інформаційних систем. Thesis considered the theoretical and practical aspects of information systems in the activities of higher education institutions. The importance of information in management and modern information systems in the management of enterprises and organizations both in theoretical and practical terms on the example of Sumy State University are considered. With the help of a comprehensive analysis of SSU information systems, the shortcomings and gaps in the information systems and platforms of the university were clarified, feedback from students on the disadvantages of the university website and departments, as well as educational portals and other corporate sites was obtained. The current state of informatization of higher educational institutions in general is also studied.
