The paper considers the essence of the financial stability of a banking institution, the factors affecting the financial stability of the bank. The financial and economic characteristics of a commercial bank, namely UKRSIBBANK, are presented, the liquidity and profitability of this bank for 2018 and 2019 is analyzed.
