Використано теоретичні і методичні основи щодо управління підприємством в умовах ринку. Використання системного аналізу дає змогу орієнтувати управління на функціонування і розвиток складних систем, а також на розробку методики організації процесу прийняття рішень, в яких виділяють етапи, їх послідовність і пропонуються різні підходи виконання. Виявлено основи аналізу рівня організації управління, мотивація і контроль підприємства для досягнення цілей його розвитку. Визначено напрямки підвищення ефективності управління підприємством. Застосовано аналіз підприємства ТОВ «Юрія- Фарм» на основі розкриття організаційної структури, дослідженні, інновації та перспектив розвитку. The topic "Management of the enterprise in market conditions" is considered in the work. Theoretical and methodical bases of enterprise management in market conditions are used. The use of systems analysis makes it possible to focus management on the functioning and development of complex systems, as well as on the development of methods for organizing the decision-making process, which highlight the stages, their sequence and offer different approaches to implementation. The bases of the analysis of the level of the organization of management, motivation and control of the enterprise for achievement of the purposes of its development are revealed. The directions of increase of efficiency of management of the enterprise are defined.
