Визначено основні напрямки реалізації логістичного механізму товароруху сировини та готової продукції на склад The paper considers the theoretical and practical foundations for the formation of a logistics system of organization and management of production on the example of the functioning of a manufacturing enterprise. On the basis of scientific research, the concepts of logistics and logistics system, as well as theoretical and practical approaches to material flow management were considered. The content of the logistic mechanism of enterprise development is determined and the characteristics of the main strategic directions of its activity in the market environment are determined. The analysis of production and commercial activity of the enterprise is carried out, potential possibilities of the enterprise in the market are defined.
