Курдюмова НАН України Description Проведено теоретичні дослідження процесів формування та росту поверхневих структур адсорбату при конденсації з газової фази в рамках моделі реакційно-дифузійного типу. Враховуючи те, що концентрація адсорбату від шару до шару зменшується, проаналізовано вплив коефіцієнту дифузії адатомів між шарами на середнє значення концентрації адсорбату на першому шарі, просторове упорядкування адсорбату та морфологію поверхневого шару. Отримані теоретичні результати підтверджено незалежним числовим моделюванням. Theoretical studies of the formation and growth of adsorbate surface structures during condensation from the gas phase are carried out within the framework of the reaction-diffusion model. By taking into account that the adsorbate concentration decreases from layer to layer, the influence of the diffusion coefficient of adatoms between layers on the average value of the adsorbate concentration on the first layer, the spatial ordering of the adsorbate, and the morphology of the surface layer is analysed.
