Під фінансовою діджиталізацією слід розуміти трансформацію фінансових операцій та фінансових взаємовідносин між економічними агентами у зв’язку із використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та поширення цифрових знань. Оскільки в фінансовій системі існує широкий набір послуг так званого нематеріального характеру (платіжні операції, кредитні чи депозитні договори тощо), проникнення діджиталізації здійснюється більш швидкими темпами та реалізується достатньо широким набором видів і форм її прояву. The financial system, as an integral component of the national economy, is also under the influence of digitalization processes and changes. Financial digitalization should be understood as the transformation of financial transactions and financial relationships between economic agents in connection with the use of information and communication technologies and the spread of digital knowledge.
