Кризові явища в банках України, крім негативного зовнішнього впливу операційного середовища та системних криз, у ряді випадків були викликані низькою ефективністю менеджменту, недостатньою некомпетентністю персоналу та поганою організацією функціонування. The banking system of Ukraine developed in conditions of significant economic, political and social changes that formed a risky operating environment and did not create favorable conditions for the ability of banks accumulate funds of enterprises and the population and direct them to loans and investments.
