Виокремлено якісні і кількісні ознаки венчурних інвестицій, які потрібні для правильної ідентифікації та пріоритетного стимулювання інноваційного підприємництва в Україні. The work examines the differences in goals, spheres of activity and main characteristics of venture capital funds and direct investment funds, which is relevant for a correct understanding of business investment prospects, for the creation and use of a more adequate mechanism for stimulating innovations and investments.
