Наголошено, що загальні принципи діяльності суддів Вищих спеціалізованих судів України розвивають та закріплюють в спеціальних законах незалежність суддів відносини, що властиві різним гілкам влади. Робиться висновок, що аналіз цих принципів дозволяє краще усвідомлювати напрям та сутність судочинства в цілому та базові ідеї діяльності суддів Вищих спеціалізованих судів України. The article analyzes the essence, meaning and types of general principles of activity of judges of the High Specialized Courts in Ukraine. It is emphasized that the general principles of activity of judges of the High Specialized Courts of Ukraine develop and enshrine in special laws the independence of judges in the relations inherent in various branches of government. It is concluded that the analysis of these principles allows to better understand the direction and essence of the judiciary in general and the basic ideas of the judges of the High Specialized Courts of Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
