Сформовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення процедур митного контролю в Україні з урахуванням вимог міжнародних стандартів. Окреслено ключові засади та напрями розвитку діяльності спеціальних підрозділів митних органів, що забезпечують здійснення митного контролю та оформлення в Україні. Запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення митного оподаткування операцій зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та адміністрування митних платежів в Україні як одного з ключових важелів впливу держави на розвиток економіки країни. The monograph presents the results of the initiative scientific work done by the Department customs affairs. International standards in the field of customs are analyzed and the main trends in the development of approaches to customs control and clearance are identified. Proposals for improving customs control procedures in Ukraine in line with international standards have been formulated. The key principles and development fields of special customs units ensuring customs control and clearance in Ukraine are outlined. The authors propose measures to improve customs taxation of foreign economic operations and administration of customs payments in Ukraine as one of the key levers of the country’s influence on the development of its economy. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
