Визначено наслідки та проаналізовано антикризові дії керівників підприємств, вжиті для мінімізації негативного впливу пандемії. Виокремлено ризики та нові можливості для розвитку підприємств і зростання ефективності їх діяльності, спричинені пандемією. Обґрунтовано напрями трансформації діяльності та менеджменту підприємств задля забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності в постпандемічних реаліях. У дослідженні було використано такі методи як: аналіз і синтез, індукція та дедукція, логічне узагальнення, порівняння, табличний метод. The article considers the impact of quarantine restrictions introduced through the COVID-19 pandemic on the activities of domestic enterprises in various sectors of the economy. The consequences and anti-crisis actions of the heads of enterprises used to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic are determined. The risks and new opportunities for the development of enterprises and increasing the efficiency of their activities caused by the pandemic are highlighted. The directions of transformation of activity and management of enterprises in order to ensure their competitiveness in post-pandemic realities are substantiated.
