Вперше сформульоване авторське визначення поняття «технічно складне обладнання». Встановлено, що на нинішньому етапі правового регулювання терміни та поняття сфери гарантійного обслуговування технічно складного обладнання характеризуються відсутністю чіткої визначеності та багатоманітністю, у зв’язку з чим є необхідність у господарському законодавстві приведення їх до універсальних. Обґрунтовані співвідношення понять «технічно складне обладнання», «продукція виробничо-технічного призначення» та встановлено, що технічно складне обладнання належить до продукції виробничо-технічного призначення. Автором окреслені окремі аспекти договорів постачання та інших, що містять положення із гарантійного обслуговування технічно складного обладнання. In the article the author characterizes legal regulation of relations on warranty service of technically complex equipment in the in the economic sphere. The author's definition of the concept of “technically complex equipment” is formulated for the first time. It is established that at the current stage of legal regulation, the terms and concepts of of warranty service for technically complex equipment are characterized by the lack of clear definition and diversity, and therefore there is a need for economic legislation to make them universal. The author substantiates the correlations of the concepts of “technically complex equipment”, ‘products of industrial and technical purpose’ and it is established that technically complex equipment belongs to the products of production and technical purpose. The author outlines certain aspects of supply agreements and other agreements containing provisions on warranty maintenance of technically complex equipment. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
