Розглянуто кодифікацію норм звичаєвого права. Проаналізовано основні періоди становлення та існування звичаєвого права. У статті показано особливості українського права як самодостатньої та оригінальної правової системи, на основі звичаєвого права, яка, не зважаючи на вплив інших держав та кількість минулих літ, зберегла свою основу й самобутність, адже формувалась на основі національних, соціальних та інших значущих факторів протягом багатьох віків. A historical and legal analysis of the development of customary law on Ukrainian lands was carried out. The codification of norms was considered customary law. The main periods of formation and existence of customary law are analyzed. The article shows the features of Ukrainian law as a self-sufficient and original legal system, based on customary law, which, regardless of the influence of other states and the number of past years, has preserved its basis and identity, because it was formed on the basis of national, social and other significant factors for many centuries. popup.nrat_date 2025-07-17 Close
