Визначено коло не вирішених дискусійних питань, які пов’язані з уніфікацією єдиних підходів до проведення бюджетного контролю. Встановлено, що відсутність уніфікації унеможливлює координацію діяльності органів бюджетного контролю і більш тісну взаємодію з питань організації, проведення й реалізації матеріалів контролю, негативно позначається на якості проведення контрольних заходів та боротьбі з порушниками бюджетного законодавства й бюджетної дисципліни. Обґрунтовано, що уніфікація єдиних підходів до бюджетного контролю стане основою для подальшої стандартизації інформаційних систем, документування результатів контролю та методичної сумісності в оцінці ефективності контрольних заходів, посилення взаємодії між усіма органами бюджетного контролю. The subject of scientific developments in the field of budgetary control is investigated. The range of unresolved issues related to the unification of common approaches to budget control has been identified It is established that the lack of unification makes it impossible to coordinate the activities of budget control bodies and closer cooperation on the organization, conduct and implementation of control materials, negatively affects the quality of control measures and combating violators of budget legislation and budget discipline.
