Спроектований ролик роликоопори стрічкового конвеєру пройшов всі етапи перевірки на міцність та була доведена його працездатність. The project contains a description of the technological process in which the belt conveyor takes part, its purpose and place in the technological scheme are considered. The purpose of the work is to develop a workable modernization of the roller support of the belt conveyor for use in the production of silicate bricks. The technical characteristics, considered the design and principle of operation of the roller support, performed parametric, kinematic and calculations for the strength of the rollers of the roller support in the SolidWorks system, which confirm the efficiency and reliability of the machine design. Also, the bachelor's degree project considers the compliance of the developed machine with the requirements of labor protection and provides recommendations for the manufacture of rollers and roller bearings and recommendations for the use of the device for its manufacture.
