У роботі наведена характеристика складу стічних вод маслосирзаводу, обґрунтовано вибір біологічної очистки стічних вод з використанням анаеробного та аеробного процесів, розглянуті біохімічні процеси з використанням біологічних агентів − активного та гранульованого мулу. Представлений матеріальний баланс та контроль процесу очищення стічних вод маслосирзаводу, а також розрахунки гранично-допустимих концентрацій забруднювачів та основних очисних споруд – аеротенка та вторинного відстійника. На основі прийнятої технології виконані креслення апаратурної та технологічної схем і аеротенка-витиснювача. Приведені заходи щодо безпеки праці на очисній станції та охорони довкілля. The diploma project contains: 86 pages, 9 figures, 7 tables, 3 sheets of drawings A1, 28 used sources and an appendix. The wastewater of the dairy plant belongs to the category of highly concentrated organic pollutants, so there is a problem in the selection and justification of effective wastewater treatment technology of Andrushivskyi Dairy Plant. The paper characterizes the composition of wastewater from the dairy plant, substantiates the choice of biological wastewater treatment using anaerobic and aerobic processes, considers biochemical processes using biological agents − activated and granular sludge. The material balance and control of the wastewater treatment process of the dairy plant are presented, as well as the calculations of the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants and the main treatment facilities − aeration tank and secondary settling tank. On the basis of the accepted technology drawings of the hardware and technological schemes and the aeration tank-displacer are executed.
