The explanatory note of the diploma project consists of five sections, contains 60 figures, 4 tables, 2 appendices, 2 sources. In the first section the subject environment of IT-projects is analyzed, the problem of distribution of tasks between executors is defined. The review of available analogues is carried out and the purpose and task of research of process of distribution of tasks is formulated. The second section describes the input and output data that take place in IT-projects, provides a diagram of the database. The third section, based on previous data, provides a meaningful and mathematical formulation of the problem. The method of the decision for algorithmization of construction of distribution of tasks between executors based on input criteria is revealed. The fourth section lists the software and hardware that was used during development and that is required to work with the system. The fifth section contains a user guide, a description of the system functionality tests and their results.
