При розробці і проектуванні екструзійної машини, на базі аналітичного огляду науково-технічної літератури, конструкторської та нормативної документації, патентних оглядів, інженерно-технічних розрахунків, виконано наступне: – вивчено конструкцію і принципи роботи промислових ЧП90х25 для виробництва рукавної плівки, проаналізовано технічні параметри і характеристики черв’ячних машин; – виконано ряд інженерних розрахунків, необхідних для розробки і проектування черв’ячної машини, згідно з технічним завданням; – на основі виконаних патентних оглядів модернізовано корпус екструдера; – розроблено і спроектовано модернізовану черв’ячну машину для виробництва рукавної плівки з модернізацією корпуса екструдера The purpose of the project - development and design, according to the technical task, the unit for production of a hose film, on the basis of existing industrial analogs; implementation of modernization of the extruder housing. During the development and design of the extrusion machine, based on the analytical review of scientific and technical literature, design and regulatory documentation, patent reviews, engineering calculations, the following was performed: - the design and principles of operation of industrial CHP 90x25 for the production of hose film, technical parameters and characteristics of worm machines are analyzed; - a number of engineering calculations required for the development and design of the worm machine, in accordance with the terms of reference; - on the basis of the performed patent reviews the extruder body is modernized; - the worm machine for production of a hose film with modernization of the case of the extruder is developed and designed popup.nrat_date 2025-11-05 Close
