Актуальність роботи: Високі вимоги, які надходять від молодих і активних пацієнтів що потребують тотальної заміни тазостегнового суглоба, чисельність яких зростає з кожним роком, створюють проблему підбору ідеальної моделі ендопротеза під особливості конкретного пацієнта. Нестабільність компонентів ендопротеза та зміщення центру ротації є однією з найбільш частих причин ревізійного втручання в тазостегновий суглоб. В основному, дані причини пов'язані з неправильним підбором ендопротеза. Це зумовлює потребу створення ендопротезу який можна корегувати інтраопераційно або ревізійно при малоінвазивному втручанні. Завдання: - огляд літератури за тематикою роботи; - визначити оптимальну конструкцію ендопротезу, його компоненти та матеріли для них, особливості конструкції; - створити проекційні креслення елементів ендопротезу; - розробити 3Д модель за кресленнями, змоделювати компоненти з яких складається ендопротез та поєднати їх в збірки, за допомогою різних модулів шийки створити три різні конструкції ендопротезу; - проведення експерименту з навантаження на три конструкції ендопротезу. The volume of the thesis is 51 pages, it contains 32 illustrations and 5 tables. A total of 29 sources were processed. The aim of the work is to model a hip joint endoprosthesis with different attachments in the SolidWorks environment. Relevance of the work: High demands from young and active patients in need of total hip replacement, the number of which is growing every year, create a problem of selecting the ideal model of endoprosthesis for a particular patient. Instability of the components of the endoprosthesis and displacement of the center of rotation is one of the most common causes of revision intervention in the hip joint. These reasons are mainly related to the incorrect selection of the endoprosthesis. It determines the need of creation of an endoprosthesis that can be corrected intraoperatively or revisionally with minimally invasive intervention. Tasks: - review of literature on the subject of work; - determine the optimal design of the endoprosthesis, components and materials for them, design features; - create projection drawings of endoprosthesis elements; - develop a 3D model according to the drawings, model the components that make up the endoprosthesis and combine them into assemblies, using different neck modules to create three different designs of the endoprosthesis; - conducting an experiment on the load on the three structures of the endoprosthesis. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-05 Close
