У роботі використано системний підхід і такі методи дослідження: для вирішення поставлених завдань в ході дослідження були використані такі загальнонаукові методи як аналіз – для дослідження сутності контенту, історико-типологічного аналізу – для дослідження історії виникнення та розвитку управління контентом, синтез – для визначення поняття контенту, порівняння, класифікація – для дослідження типів управління контентом, застосовані спеціальні методи збору та аналізу первинних і вторинних даних – SWOT-аналіз, опитування методом анкетування і інтерв’ювання. Результати роботи та їх новизна полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретичних положень з обраної теми та в розробці аналітичного та методичного обґрунтування сучасних інструментів удосконалення стратегії роботи з клієнтами на промисловому ринку за матеріалами ТОВ «Алютех-К». Content management as a tool to improve the strategy of working with customers in the industrial market. The work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions and a list of sources used. The work contains 31 tables, 50 figures, a list of sources used from 75 positions, 4 appendices. The total volume of the work is 162 pages, including 128 pages of the main text. The purpose of the study is to identify content in order to improve the strategy of working with customers in the industrial market. Research methods. The paper uses a systematic approach and the following research methods: to solve the tasks during the study were used such general scientific methods as analysis of the history of content management development, synthesis - to define the concept of content, and secondary data - SWOT-analysis, surveys by questionnaires and interviews.
