Затребуваність таких установ напряму залежить від ефективності їх функціонування. Особливо важливою характеристикою ефективність функціонування є для організацій задіяних в сфері науки та освіти, оскільки саме від якості послуг, які вони надають залежить майбутній рівень розвитку держави та життєдіяльності її громадян. Саме тому на сьогодні існують певні загальноприйняті принципи оцінки таких організацій. Процес такої експертної оцінки наведено та затверджено у відповідних нормативних документах. На даний момент є потреба у вирішені проблеми оптимізації використання робочої сили у організаціях які акредитують державні наукові структури. Оптимізація таких процесів допоможе рівномірно розділяти службові обов’язки та алгоритмізує структуру праці . Для вирішення цієї проблеми в роботі запропоновано спосіб оптимізації та автоматизації робіт з акредитації наукових установ. Запропонована модель робочого процесу дозволить підвищити ефективність оцінки якості функціонування наукових та освітніх установ. Кінцеву модель можна коректувати та обирати відповідні технічні рішення для її реалізації. Мета роботи: запропонувати та розробити модель робочого процесу для автоматизації та оптимізації процедури оцінювання наукових структур, а саме: 1. Провести огляд способів та засобів моделювання робочих процесів. 2. Провести порівняльний аналіз засобів моделювання робочих процесів. 3. Виявити характерні особливості процесу оцінки якості функціонування наукових та освітніх установ. 4. Виділити та описати елементи та етапи робочого процесу функціонування наукових та освітніх установ. 5. Запропонувати модель робочого процесу оцінки якості функціонування наукових та освітніх установ. 6. Провести моделювання робочого процесу оцінки якості функціонування наукових та освітніх установ у відповідному програмному середовищі . Relevance: Today there are a large number of public and private institutions that provide services in various spheres of society. The demand for such institutions directly depends on the efficiency of their operation. The efficiency of functioning is especially important for the organizations involved in the field of science and education, because the future level of development of the state and the life of its citizens depends on the quality of services they provide. That is why today there are certain generally accepted principles for evaluating such organizations. The process of such expert assessment is given and approved in the relevant regulations. At the moment there is a need to solve the problem of optimizing the use of labor in organizations that accredit state research structures. Optimizing such processes will help to evenly divide responsibilities and algorithmize the work structure. To solve this problem, the method of optimization and automation of works on accreditation of scientific institutions is offered in the work. The proposed model of the work process will increase the efficiency of assessing the quality of functioning of scientific and educational institutions. The final model can be adjusted and appropriate technical solutions can be selected for its implementation. Purpose: to propose and develop a workflow model for automation and optimization of the evaluation procedure of scientific structures, namely: 1. Review the methods and means of modeling workflows. 2. Conduct a comparative analysis of workflow modeling tools. 3. Identify the characteristics of the process of assessing the quality of functioning of scientific and educational institutions. 4. Identify and describe the elements and stages of the work process of scientific and educational institutions. 5. To propose a model of the work process for assessing the quality of functioning of scientific and educational institutions. 6.
